Auction Information

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THROUGH THE INFORMATION BELOW

  • An account must be created with www.zenkaigames.co.nz to be able to bid. This will include a First and Last name of your choosing which will be displayed for any bids made
  • bids are typically in increments of $1.00 amounts
  • Auctions will run for 24-48 hours.
  • auctions will have an auto-extend in place. This will extend it by another 5 minutes when a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of the auction finishing. This can be changed if needed.
  • each individual item will have a timer indicating when the auction ends
  • bids are visible for everyone to see
  • autobids are possible. A maximum bid amount can be set to automatically outbid other's bids up to that maximum amount
  • the winner(s) of each auction will automatically be emailed with a link to complete payment including cost for shipping. If multiple auctions have been won, these can be combined into one order as long as the auction has ended.
  • The winning bid does not include the shipping, which will be calculated upon checkout.
  • Payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction ending. After this time, any unpaid auctions will then be offered to the next highest bidder at amount of their last bid.
  • If you have won multiple auctions, this can normally be combined into the same order to be shipped all at once. However, if you have paid for a won auction, and win another after having done this. You can combine shipping by selecting "PICKUP" at checkout, so as long as shipping has been paid(If applicable)on previous auctions that have not been shipped. Please make contact when doing this, or earlier won auctions may be shipped without delay.
  • If you need extra time to pay, then please reach out via email at play@zenkaigames.co.nz or facebook.com/zenkaigamesnz BEFORE placing any bids
  • If it is found there are continuous unpaid auctions, that person may be banned.
  • Payments can be made in the same way any other order is done through the website which includes creditcard, afterpay, zip pay and manual bank transfer
